Hand Wash Station Rental Terms in Poolesville, MD 20837

What a Hand Wash Station Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

MD Toilet Pros provides rented hand wash stations for the location and rental period agreed with you. The written quote or booking confirmation should identify the equipment, delivery and pickup arrangements, rental dates, and any agreed servicing.

Tell us about site access, available utilities, expected use, and placement needs before booking so we can confirm what is included. Setup, supplies, extra servicing, wastewater handling, permits, or other site work are included only when the written agreement says so.

Customers remain responsible for using the station properly and arranging any required site approvals. Food operations should follow the FDA Food Code 2022 and Maryland COMAR 10.15.03; construction and other workplaces have applicable OSHA sanitation rules.

Accessible facilities may be subject to the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 606 and 309. Wastewater disposal must follow applicable Clean Water Act and local requirements.

Ask Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, the Maryland Department of Health, the Maryland Department of the Environment, or the relevant authority about requirements for your site. Regulatory approval is not included in a rental unless agreed in writing.

Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

Schedule a rental by contacting MD Toilet Pros and confirming the requested dates, delivery location, equipment, and service details. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and provide written confirmation or another clear record of the agreed arrangements. Availability, delivery timing, and access conditions can affect scheduling, so share accurate site information before the appointment.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or request a date, location, or equipment change. Any cancellation charge or refund terms will be stated in your quote or booking confirmation; if none are stated, ask us to clarify before you approve the booking.

We will confirm whether a requested change is available and whether it changes the price or schedule. Do not assume a change is approved until we confirm it.

If site conditions or access differ from what you described, we may need to pause or reschedule delivery and discuss any resulting costs with you before proceeding. Changes to the agreed work require your approval.

Written Quotes and Payment Terms

MD Toilet Pros provides a quote based on the details you share, including the rental period, equipment, delivery location, access, and requested services. Review the quote for what is included, any exclusions, the payment amount, and when payment is due.

A quote is not a confirmed booking until you accept it and we confirm the arrangement. If details are missing or change, the quote may need to be updated before work proceeds.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be provided with your quote or booking confirmation. Pay according to those written terms.

Extra equipment, additional servicing, longer rental periods, changed delivery conditions, or other work outside the approved scope may affect the total. We will explain the change and request approval before adding it to the agreement.

You are not required to approve a proposed change, but declining it may limit the services or affect scheduling. No specific price or payment offer applies unless stated in writing for your booking.

Equipment Condition and Warranty Coverage

Any warranty or service commitment for a rental must be stated in your quote, booking confirmation, or a separate written agreement. These terms do not create a particular warranty period or promise coverage that has not been provided in writing.

Before accepting delivery, check the station and tell us promptly about visible damage, missing items, or a problem that affects normal use. We will discuss the next steps based on the rental agreement and the issue reported.

Coverage may not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized changes, improper placement, failure to follow care instructions, or conditions outside our control. Do not repair or alter rented equipment without our approval.

The customer is responsible for keeping the station accessible and using it as directed during the rental. Any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited remain in place.

For a specific warranty duration, remedy, or exclusion, rely on the written terms supplied for your rental rather than an assumption.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, MD Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccessible delivery areas, improper customer use, or actions by others that affect rented equipment or the work. The customer must provide accurate site details, maintain safe access, and use the station as instructed.

Any limit on liability, including a limit tied to the amount paid for the affected service, applies only where allowed by law and does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. We do not exclude liability where the law prohibits that exclusion.

Customers remain responsible for meeting requirements that apply to their operation or site. These may include the FDA Food Code 2022, Maryland COMAR 10.15.03, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 or 1910.141, and the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 606 and 309.

Wastewater discharge is subject to applicable Clean Water Act restrictions and local rules. Confirm disposal approval with the appropriate authority when required; do not assume a rental provides regulatory approval or guarantees compliance.

Questions About These Rental Terms

For questions about these terms or a specific booking, contact MD Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. You can also write to 19616 Fisher Ave, Poolesville, MD 20837.

Include your name, rental date, and quote or booking details so we can identify the arrangement. Written confirmation is the best way to document an agreed change or clarification.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with the terms page, and we may communicate changes through an updated page or directly to customers with active bookings when appropriate.

Unless the law requires otherwise, a change applies to new bookings after it is posted or communicated; an existing booking remains governed by the terms agreed for that booking unless both sides approve a change. Please review the terms when arranging a new rental.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

Service Expert at MD Toilet Pros

I grew up around Poolesville and started this business after seeing how hard it could be to keep handwashing available at rural job sites and outdoor events. I learned to plan for narrow access roads, changing water needs, and Maryland winters, so I build each rental plan around the site rather than assuming every location has power or plumbing.
